About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Logistics Coordinator with experience in freight forwarding, 3PL, or carrier operations. This position supports daily logistics activities for domestic and international shipments and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage daily shipments (FTL, LTL, air, and ocean)
Source and negotiate with carriers to secure competitive rates
Track, trace, and communicate shipment status updates
Resolve logistics issues quickly and professionally
Maintain strong relationships with carriers, warehouses, and shippers
Authorize charges, instruct carriers/warehouses on changes or expedites
Perform other related duties as needed
Qualifications
4+ years of logistics, freight, or transportation experience (3PL or carrier background preferred)
Proficient with TMS, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
Able to work onsite daily and manage multiple priorities
Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
